Marina & Boat Rentals
Lake Ouachita State Park Marina is a full service marina offering rentals on boats, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats and water bikes. Some of the many boats for rent include 16ft and 18ft fishing boats, an 18ft ski boat, a 21ft party barge, a 25ft party barge, and a 30ft party barge. Slip rentals are also available. All rentals do not include fuel in the price of the rental.
Canoeing & Kayaking
Canoes and kayaks can be rented from the marina, and make for a great way to reach some secluded fishing spots. Park Interpreters also offer guided kayak tours of the lake near the park, some even offered at sunset!
Swimming & Watersport Activities
Lake Ouachita is the largest man-made lake within Arkansas, and is one of five Diamond Lakes of southern Arkansas. This makes for perfect waters to enjoy activities such as swimming, skiing, scuba diving, boating and fishing, just to name a few.
A swimming beach is located near the marina and picnic area. A lifeguard is not on duty, so please use extra caution.
Fishing
At Lake Ouachita State Park, angling for bream, crappie, catfish, stripers and largemouth bass can be found out in the open waters, or in one of the many quiet coves found along the lake's 975 miles of shoreline. Don't have a boat? The marina has many boats to choose from for rent, as well as canoes and kayaks for those hard to reach fishing spots.
