About Greenleaf

Located in the hills of eastern Oklahoma, Greenleaf State Park is one of Oklahoma's most family-friendly parks. As one of Oklahoma's original seven state parks, many buildings found within the park, including the lake cabins, were built in the 1930s by the CCC and WPA, as well as German prisoners-of-war. Constructed of native stone, the 14 cabins offer bathrooms, kitchens, heat & air, dishes, linens and satellite tv. All cabins are one bedroom, and some even offer fireplaces. The park also offers the Cabin on the Lake, a fully accessible, secluded cabin built specifically for the physically challenged.

The parks campground features 100 modern and semi-modern RV sites and over 50 tent sites, as well as restrooms and hot showers. The park also offers a community building, a nature center, playgrounds, pavilions, picnic areas with tables, a swimming pool, ampitheater, trails, a heated fishing dock, and basketball and volleyball courts.

A park naturalist is on hand to offer activities such as astronomy programs, campfire programs, party barge tours of Greenleaf Lake, and hay wagon rides, as well as crafts for kids, nature hikes and storytelling. A kids' fishing pond is available at no charge or permit required for children under the age of 16. Also, no jet skis or wave runners are allowed on the lake, which is great news for those wishing to rent a fishing boat, pontoon boat, canoe or kayak for use out on the lake.

For pricing and availability of the park cabins, campground or other facilities, please call or email the park directly. The contact information is listed above.
