Directions: From Wagoner: From the intersection of US Hwy 69 and Hwy 51 in Wagoner, head east on Hwy 51/Cherokee St. After 1.5 miles, Hwy 51 turn right/south onto McQuarrie Ave. Continue on Hwy 51 as it curves back to East again, and follow it approx 7 miles to the park, on your right.

About Sequoyah

Located in Eastern Oklahoma, Sequoyah State Park is situated along the shores of Ft. Gibson Lake. With over 19,000 surface acres and 225 miles of shoreline, Ft. Gibson Lake is a haven for outdoor and watersport enthusiasts. The park offers swimming, hiking, picknicking, horseback riding, camping, golfing, and western-themed activities.

The Lodge at Sequoyah State Park, formerly known as Western Hills Guest Ranch, is one of Oklahoma's largest state park lodges. The lodge offers regular and suite rooms, cottages, a bunkhouse, a restaurant, meeting rooms, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, recreation programs, outdoor cookouts and much more.

The campground facilities include modern and semi-modern RV sites, primitive tent sites, comfort stations with restrooms and showers, and a lighted boat ramp. A group camping area is also avaialble, and includes facilities for RV and tent camping, as well as cabins and a dining hall.

The Three Forks Nature Center offers exhibits and displays, live animals, an on-site naturalist, and trails nearby for hiking and biking.

The 18-hole golf course at Sequoyah State Park is a par 70 course with Ultradwarf Bermuda grass greens, tees and fairways, well placed sand bunkers and lake views. Facilities at the golf course include a pro shop with cart and club rental, snacks & refreshments, tournament bookings, lessons, and a gift shop.

The Sequoyah Riding Stables provides guests the opportunity for horseback riding, pony lessons and hayrides on open trails inside the state park.

A full service marina on the lake at Paradise Cove features a service and repair shop, gas dock, convenience store, boat rentals, storage, and bait & tackle supplies.

Sequoyah State Park and Lodge is located just 45 minutes southeast of Tulsa, and is a great destination any time of the year.
